In my time working for a local Owner/Operator I oversaw all Training & Leadership Development for over 150 employees. I served as Internal Consultant and Leadership Coach, providing system innovation and counsel to all departments and Team Members. Most memorable moments: Contributing to the Corporate Portfolio for Multi-Unit Application (Approved!) and designing the Leadership Selection Strategy (aka. "Draft Day") for the franchise's multi-unit expansion

Talk about the most creatively confident team! At Azusa Pacific University, I supported a team of faculty in the Department of Leadership & Organizational Psychology. I was their "Go-To Gal" for all things outside of the classroom: onboarding, admissions, orientation, data management, marketing and communication strategy and implementation, event planning, and administration. Whew! What a job description! Most memorable moment: Saying "Yes, Let's" to redesigning the graduate experience in a COVID environment

That's right! I worked for the Mouse himself. I worked my way up to oversee half a dozen merchandise locations with a rotating cast of 100+ people. Partnering with upper leadership, I was able to conduct a leadership styles inventory assessment to identify emerging leaders. Most memorable moments: Hosting a Spanish radio station for the premiere of a new attraction and Getting to work shoulder to shoulder with the VP of Disneyland
